Hotel 32 Krakow Old Town

The rooms were large and comfortable, with beautiful attic windows that let in plenty of natural light. The staff was helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the Old Town, Wawel castle, and the ICE conference centre. We also appreciated the convenience of having a tram station nearby and a 24-hour supermarket just across the street.

disposable slippers for the carpeted floors would have been a nice touch.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the prices were incredibly reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with basic amenities provided and a good-sized bathroom. I particularly loved that the rooms on the top floor had big windows, allowing for a nice view of the surroundings. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, on the edge of the old town and right by a tram line, making it easy to explore the city.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

Thank you very much all for a pleasant stay in the one night I was there. The staff were efficient, knowledgeable, would come here again. The restaurant was really nice for breakfast, I ordered savoury dishes.

Close to the main square and other attractions in the city. Convenient location with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great breakfast selection and friendly staff

The hotel was immaculately clean and had best staff from one receptionist. I enjoyed that the room was neat with the terrace.

The hotel's location near Wawel Castle and the Vistula river made it easy to explore the beautiful city of Krakow. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and decorated with taste. The front desk staff, particularly Anna and Kamil, were hospitable and were really good too ensure I had a nice stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and excellent amenities.

While my room was comfortable and modern, I encountered a few minor inconveniences. The lack of windows in the room and poor internet connection were a drawback.

It was a cosy, affordable hotel with informative staff. Room was warmand airy. The location was brilliant, a 10-15 minute walk from locked.

it was walking distance to mieszczanska, where you can have lunch. never had a better weekend before, everything was very clean.

I had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the castle and close to tram lines. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. a fantastic stay.

I just wish there was a safer place to park and unload luggage.
